We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Officer to join the Housing Work Order Management team within a State Government agency. This role supports critical housing operations across the Cannon Hill regional office.

- Rate: AO3 Equivalent + Superannuation
About the Role
This is a fast-paced, high-volume data entry role supporting the accurate processing of field staff timesheets, labour costing, and payroll-related tasks. You'll liaise with both operational teams and senior management to ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and manage field staff timesheets, labour costing, and leave details
- Process staff movements and extensions for field and office staff
- Field and resolve payroll queries from staff with professionalism and accuracy
- Communicate confidently with senior management and supervisors on staffing and payroll matters
- Ensure data accuracy in all transactions - attention to detail is critical
- Adapt quickly to new systems and support team-based outcomes under tight deadlines
About You - Key Skills & Capabilities

- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Confident communicator, able to engage with staff at all levels
- Proactive team player who adapts to changing systems and processes
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of accountability
- Previous experience in payroll, timesheet processing, or workforce administration is desirable
