Business Support Officer (AO3 Equivalent)

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our client's Housing team, supporting the Ipswich Regional Office. This is a fast-paced role where your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing priorities will be essential.
- This is a PART-TIME role, working 5 x full days per fortnight (job share with an existing employee)
- Located in Ipswich, QLD
- AO3 equivalent $50 + p/h + super
- Starting ASAP, pending interview and security clearances.
About the Role
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Create and manage work orders within Ellipse, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Manage shared inboxes using Microsoft Outlook.
- Perform data entry and assist with finance administration tasks.
- Collate and interpret data in Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes.
- Liaise with operational staff and supervisors to support service delivery.
- Prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Other duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to re-prioritise as needed.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in finance administration is highly regarded.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
