About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Digital Media, the Production Coordinator will play an integral role in coordinating the planning, logistics, and delivery of content across multiple teams. This newly created role will support video production, social media, and storytelling initiatives to ensure content is produced efficiently, accurately, and in line with accessibility and approvals requirements. The position requires a proactive and detail oriented professional with experience in coordinating content production and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate planning, logistics, and schedules for multi-format content production
- Manage shoot requirements, including location access and production resources
- Work across content teams to align deliverables with campaign goals and deadlines
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for reviews, feedback, and approvals
- Ensure all required consent and accessibility documentation is completed and archived
- Support senior team members with reporting, logistics, and day to day coordination tasks
- Maintain accurate production records and contribute to regular team reporting
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support project delivery
- Provide end to end project coordination for video and digital content production
- Other duties as required
Mandatory Requirements:
- Previous experience coordinating video or content production, ideally within government or large organisations
- Strong organisational and logistical skills with an understanding of end to end production processes
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams
- Familiarity with approvals processes, accessibility standards (captions, transcripts), and consent protocols
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn agency systems and processes
- Pre-engagement checks including federal government security screening will apply
