EL1 Data and Reporting

As an EL1 Assistant Director - Data and Reporting, you'll lead a small team to deliver analytical work across data advisory, analysis, management, and reporting. Your work will support complex policy development and market monitoring.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and deploying scalable data, statistical, and mathematical models
• Developing data collection and presentation strategies
• Delivering regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards to inform decision-making
• Engaging with stakeholders to support project delivery
• Participating in data forums and transformation initiatives

You bring a strong quantitative mindset and a passion for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Essential skills:

• Advanced proficiency in R, Python, Excel, SAS/SQL
• Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
• Ability to synthesise complex information and communicate insights to non-technical audiences
• Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership capabilities

Desirable skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• Experience in statistical modelling and forecasting
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques (e.g., SVM, neural networks, regression models)
• Proven track record in leading analysis projects and teams
