EL1 Scrum Master

As an EL1 Scrum Master, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding agile delivery teams, coordinating project activities, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with product owners, domain leads, and cross-functional squads to ensure project outcomes align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables using agile and waterfall approaches.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Coach team members in agile frameworks and scrum practices.
• Guide development teams to higher levels of scrum maturity.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests.
• Build a productive team environment with clear accountability.
• Monitor project progress, maintain RAID logs, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Ensure governance aligns with agency frameworks and standards.

Desirable Skills

• Flexibility to support squad needs beyond core responsibilities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience using project management tools and templates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of agile, scrum, and waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent planning, coaching, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to influence and lead teams toward successful delivery outcomes.
