About the Roles
Project Manager - Strategic Delivery
Lead complex, sensitive projects that support organisational reform and service improvement. You'll manage governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across the full project lifecycle.
Project Manager - Consultation
Design and deliver consultation plans for workforce change. You'll engage with unions and internal stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure consultation activities align with government frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Deliver consultation activities and workforce change initiatives.
- Prepare high-quality briefs, reports, and executive documentation.
- Manage risks, performance, and quality assurance across project lifecycles.
- Represent the agency in forums and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement, contracts, and operational integration.
What You'll Bring
- Strong project management experience in government or public sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools.
