As a Capability - Facilitator, you'll deliver engaging learning experiences that support frontline staff to connect theory with practice. You'll guide learners through course content, foster inclusive learning environments, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions in person, online, and via recordings
• Create supportive learning environments that encourage participation
• Guide learners through content and promote reflective practice
• Respond to learner queries and provide feedback
• Use digital tools and learning platforms effectively
• Maintain records and contribute to learning evaluation and improvement
• Stay current with service delivery practices and training trends

About You

You're an engaging facilitator with:

• Experience delivering adult education or workplace training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse learner needs and styles
• Confidence using digital platforms and learning management systems
• A collaborative, organised, and learner-focused approach
