Are you someone who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service? As a Car Park Officer, you'll be at the heart of the car park operations, ensuring our car parks run smoothly and efficiently while representing HOBAN and our city with pride.

This is a casual opportunity, ideal for individuals who are flexible and available to work a potential roster of 15-38 hours per week. You must be available for weekends, late nights, graveyard shifts and public holidays on a rotating roster.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the daily operations of car parks across the CBD and surrounding areas.
• Delivering friendly, customer-focused service to the public.
• Managing financial and administrative tasks related to car park operations.
• Monitoring and reporting on parking equipment functionality.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Making sound decisions independently within established guidelines.
