Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Eastern Creek. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with strong warehouse operations knowledge and a focus on safety, efficiency, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity and accuracy.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet KPIs.
• Oversee stock control, inventory management, and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

About You:

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisor or team leader role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Forklift licence (highly regarded).
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of WHS requirements and safe work practices.
