Data Analyst

HOBAN is seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist to join a major ERP implementation project for a leading organisation in Melton. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in complex data environments and is ready to take ownership of end-to-end migration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of data mapping, extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation processes.

• Manage risk-based migration strategies across multiple workstreams and technology platforms.

• Ensure data integrity, rollback procedures, business continuity, and adherence to project timelines.

• Collaborate with Project Delivery Teams, Senior Project Manager, and key stakeholders to deliver on data strategy and reporting needs.

• Apply best practices in data management, cloud integration, and security protocols.

What You'll Bring:

• Certificate IV or Degree in Information Technology (or similar)

• Proven experience in complex data migration, especially within ERP platforms

• Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and cloud/SaaS technologies

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, practical insights

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills and problem-solving capabilities
