Japanese-Speaking Assistant Administrator

This company is undergoing rapid expansion, primarily catering to senior administrators and expatriates. It boasts a friendly atmosphere and operates with a relatively modest office size.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidation and Excel input of invoices from various outsourcing partners, input into the online banking system, and approval requests to superiors for payments
- Internal approvals for various business outsourcing, etc.
- Internet research on industry
- Data entry into Excel
- Other General Affairs: Office management (ordering supplies, etc.)
- Liaise with Auditor
- Arranging various booking for visitors
Requirements:
- Japanese native level speaker
- Similar administration experience is preferred
- Visa holder of Permanent resident, Partner Visa, Australian citizen, Graduate Visa
- No working holiday or Student visa applicant due to Perm position
