HOBAN is working with a dynamic, fast-growing e-commerce business that specialises in premium pet products across several leading brands in Australia. Known for their commitment to quality, innovation, and customer care, this company is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for pet owners - and their furry companions.
We are looking for a confident and driven Customer Service Supervisor to lead and support their high-performing team. Based at their Bondi Beach office, this full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, and has a genuine passion for customer satisfaction and also loves a Dog friendly office, with lots of dog pats!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a growing customer service team across phone, email, live chat, and social platforms
- Monitor team performance, support training and development, and foster a positive, service-focused culture
- Resolve escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring the highest standard of customer care
- Optimise internal processes, identify areas for improvement, and support the implementation of service initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and memorable customer journey
- Assist with onboarding, reporting, and operational tasks to support wider business functions
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years' customer service experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Strong communication skills with the ability to guide, coach, and support a team
- Confident phone manner and calm under pressure
- Experience using helpdesk, live chat, or e-commerce platforms (Shopify a bonus)
- Sales-minded with a natural flair for upselling and building customer loyalty
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for animals and genuine interest in the pet care industry
