We're growing our team in Adelaide and are looking for a driven, people-focused 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow our blue collar desk. If you enjoy connecting with others, work well under pressure, and are looking to build a meaningful career keep reading!

About the Role

• Writing and posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Coordinating onboarding, including VEVO and compliance checks
• Filling temp and perm job orders in the blue collar space
• Managing rosters
• Supporting payroll, compliance, and general administration
• Visiting client sites
• Warm desk already in place with room for growth and opportunities to build partnerships with prospective clients

About You

• Previous experience or knowledge of working in a blue collar environment
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources in Australia desirable but not essential if you're willing to learn!
• Strong communication and people skills with an interest in business development
• Ability to manage competing priorities and stay calm when things get busy
• Enjoy problem-solving and taking initiative
• A valid driver's licence and reliable transport
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
