IT Manager

About the Role

As the IT Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the company's IT systems and infrastructure - from day-to-day operations to cybersecurity, vendor management, and project delivery. You'll also lead a small team and play a key role in improving systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the internal IT team

• Manage hardware, software, networks, and communications systems

• Maintain and upgrade systems, including IBM iSeries ERP

• Ensure strong cybersecurity measures and data protection

• Handle IT vendor management and licensing

• Deliver IT projects and process improvements

• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders

What You'll Need

• 10+ years in IT, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity

• Experience with IBM iSeries or similar ERP systems

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualisation

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
