Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm
About the Role
As the PM Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound transport operations, ensuring freight and fleet are managed safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards. You'll lead and support a dedicated team, manage resources effectively, and deliver a high level of service to customers.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee daily transport operations - vehicles, freight, and pallets
- Allocate and coordinate tasks to meet daily targets.
- Oversee the accurate picking, packing, and wrapping of customer orders.
- Ensure all freight is properly staged for dispatch and meets packaging standards.
- Ensure compliance with company, industry, and legislative standards
- Partner with HR, Compliance, and Maintenance to keep people and fleet ready for action
- Lead, coach, and manage team performance, including recruitment and onboarding
- Resolve customer inquiries quickly and professionally
- Manage reporting, analyse trends, and deliver practical solutions
What You Bring:
- Experience in a warehouse team leader or supervisor role, especially in outbound operations.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to order accuracy and timeliness.
- Hands-on experience using WMS platforms (SAP or equivalent) to scan, track, and confirm orders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and liaise with customers.
- A proactive mindset-ready to escalate delays and resolve discrepancies in real time.
