Speech Pathologist - Full Time or Part Time

We're partnering with a well-established interdisciplinary clinic that's expanding its team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to join a supportive, inclusive workplace that champions neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and strengths-based care. The team is deeply committed to delivering meaningful, collaborative therapy that empowers clients to thrive as their most authentic selves.
What's on Offer:
- Flexible work arrangements: in-clinic, school, home, or community (within 20 mins of clinic)
- 3-5 days per week, Monday to Saturday (your choice!)
- 90-minute appointment model (60 mins therapy + 30 mins admin)
- Admin support to manage your calendar and documentation
- Weekly/monthly supervision and annual PD budget
- Career progression pathways including Clinical Lead and Centre Management
- Inclusive, collaborative team culture with weekly learning sessions
- 4 weeks annual leave + personal leave entitlements
Your Day-to-Day:
- Manage a diverse caseload across the lifespan
- Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-informed, neuroaffirming therapy
- Write NDIS reports and collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals
- Participate in care team meetings and group programs
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet a 25-hour weekly billing target (pro rata)
What You'll Bring:
- Degree in Speech Pathology and SPA registration
- WWCC, Police Check, CPR, and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Passion for working with neurodivergent clients and families
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded):
- Experience with NDIS, paediatrics, or trauma-informed care
- Familiarity with PDA, sensory regulation, or lived experience of neurodivergence
