Our client, a leading provider of person-centred allied health services, is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Pathologist to join their growing team in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals across a diverse caseload, including NDIS, Medicare, WorkSafe, and TAC participants.
About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical supports tailored to each participant's unique goals. You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement intervention plans, conduct assessments, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services including assessments for communication, swallowing, and assistive technology.
- Develop comprehensive reports for participants, stakeholders, and funding bodies.
- Collaborate with participants to set and achieve meaningful goals.
- Work closely with operations to ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate billing and adhere to financial procedures.
- Ensure compliance with SPA, NDIS, OH&S, and other relevant standards.
- Contribute to quality assurance and uphold best practices in clinical care.
What We're Looking For
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership.
- Experience working within NDIS or similar frameworks is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical reasoning and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
