Our client, a leading provider of person-centred allied health services, is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Pathologist to join their growing team in Melbourne. About the Role

As a Speech Pathologist, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical supports tailored to each participant's unique goals. You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement intervention plans, conduct assessments, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services including assessments for communication, swallowing, and assistive technology.
• Develop comprehensive reports for participants, stakeholders, and funding bodies.
• Collaborate with participants to set and achieve meaningful goals.
• Work closely with operations to ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate billing and adhere to financial procedures.
• Ensure compliance with SPA, NDIS, OH&S, and other relevant standards.
• Contribute to quality assurance and uphold best practices in clinical care.

What We're Looking For

• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership.
• Experience working within NDIS or similar frameworks is highly desirable.
• Strong clinical reasoning and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
