Territory Manager - Sales

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships and closing deals? We're looking for an experienced Territory Manager to join a dynamic sales team and deliver end-to-end solutions for customers buying and selling equipment, trucks, and other assets.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role will see you responsible for driving growth in your territory through proactive prospecting, account management, and providing trusted advice to customers.
- Office located in Yatala, QLD, you'll be on the road most days.
- $80K-$100K base + quarterly bonuses to reward performance.
- Company car provided (valued up to $60K) - you choose the model.
- Exciting sales role - build strong customer relationships and grow your own territory.

About the Role
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Grow sales by building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, offering tailored solutions across multiple sales channels.
- Identify and develop opportunities within under-penetrated sectors and regions.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM tools and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Deliver customized presentations and proposals to secure new business.
- Partner with internal teams (sales support, operations, marketing, valuations) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Actively support workplace safety and represent the organisation with professionalism and integrity.
- Other duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 3-10 years of experience in an outside/field sales role with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive drive with a customer-first mindset - you value relationships as much as results.
- Experience within equipment, transport, or related industries is highly regarded.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Full working rights in Australia
