About the Role
As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for key customers-building lasting relationships, driving revenue growth. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role where you'll meet with builders, contractors, and site managers on job sites and in offices, showcasing a full product range and delivering tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Meeting (and exceeding) sales targets by identifying opportunities and closing deals
- Visiting job sites and offices to engage with clients directly
- Delivering tailored presentations on products and services
- Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and support
About You
You're a motivated, hands-on sales professional with technical product knowledge, strong relationship skills, and commercial drive. You'll manage key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and partner with clients to deliver tailored solutions that strengthen long-term business
You'll have:
- Minimum 2 years' proven sales experience within construction, reinforced steel, or building supplies.
- Strong ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships
- A track record of achieving (and surpassing) sales quotas
- A practical, resilient, and self-motivated approach-comfortable engaging on construction sites as well as in offices
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
