What You'll Do:
- Provide compassionate support to grieving families and their representatives, including solicitors and branch staff
- Manage the closure of banking products such as home loans, credit cards, and transaction accounts
- Review and process key documents, including death certificates, wills, and letters of administration
- Update customer records and ensure all estate-related requests are processed accurately and in line with compliance standards
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as the first point of contact for estate matters
- Respond to email enquiries and ensure all communication is professional, timely, and accurate
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and supportive experience for customers
What You'll Bring
- A strong ability to listen with empathy and support customers through sensitive situations, particularly during the bereavement process
- Clear and compassionate communication skills, with the confidence to engage with a variety of stakeholders including executors, solicitors, and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to deliver thoughtful, customer-focused solutions
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively within structured routines and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems
