Are you an experienced and highly organised Administration Officer ready to take on a dynamic, hands-on role? We're working with a leading food production facility in Epping seeking a confident and capable admin professional to support operational, compliance, and workforce coordination needs over a busy 6-month period.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Rostering and ensuring adequate shift coverage for warehouse operations teams
- Liaising with line managers to fulfil recruitment requests and workforce needs
- Assisting with onboarding of new staff, ensuring all documents and processes are complete
- Supporting performance management processes as required
- Ensuring all workers are operating safely and meeting compliance and audit requirements
- Coordinating and organising toolbox meetings and staff communications
- Maintaining accurate administrative records, data entry, and assisting with reporting
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in administration, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing, logistics or food production environment
- A proactive and professional communicator, confident in liaising with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and audit requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptable to internal systems
- Experience with Success Factors advantageous
