ASO6 Test Co-Ordinator

This is a full-time ASO6 opportunity based in Adelaide CBD, commencing ASAP until 30 June 2026, with potential for extension to 2027. You'll play a key role in delivering the Finance Reform Program's testing strategy as part of the implementation of a new Financial Management System (FMS).

💼 Hourly Rate: $63-$68 per hour (negotiable - please include your expected rate when applying)
📅 Duration: ASAP start until 30 June 2026, with potential extension to 2027
Key responsibilities
Co-ordinate and execute testing activities across SIT, End-to-End and UAT phases
Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery
Contribute to the successful implementation of a modern financial system across multiple government agencies
Analyse, report and manage testing outcomes, risks and defects
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards and compliance frameworks
Engage with various stakeholder groups including finance, ICT and operations
Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team
About you
You're a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with demonstrated testing experience in large-scale programs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a strong understanding of financial systems and software testing methodologies.
Current National Police Clearance (mandatory)
Proven experience in financial system testing or accounting-related system implementation
Hands-on experience in System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Experience using Oracle, Zephyr and Opkey testing tools
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to deliver within strict timeframes and high-volume environments
Quick to learn new systems and adapt to evolving processes
