APS3 Participant Support Officer

Our client, a prominent Federal Government agency, is currently seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals to join their team as APS3 Participant Support Officers. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant initiative.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage participant matters in accordance with legislative and procedural guidelines.
- Provide reception and counter support, including assistance with self-help kiosks and online services.
- Respond to enquiries and provide accurate information or referrals to relevant services.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure accessibility of facilities.
- Manage shared inboxes, phone lines, and scheduling.
- Undertake data entry, reporting, and basic research tasks.
- Record and escalate complaints and feedback appropriately.
Ideal Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A commitment to empathetic and respectful service delivery.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

- Open-plan and hot desk office settings.
- High levels of face-to-face and phone-based interaction.
- Exposure to sensitive and challenging conversations.
- Use of standard office equipment and software.
