APS 3 level Client Services Officer

HOBAN Recruitment is recruiting for the role of a Level 3 Scientific Customer Service Officer on behalf of our client, located in North Ryde Sydney NSW.
This position is ideal for someone with a science background and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a technical environment. About the Role:
- Support clients and stakeholders by providing high-level customer service within a scientific laboratory environment
- Assist with coordinating laboratory services and ensuring client needs are met efficiently
- Utilise your scientific knowledge to understand and communicate testing services, primarily in food and environmental domains
- Maintain accurate records, prepare documentation and manage client requests using various software systems
- Contribute to a respectful and safety-focused workplace culture

About You:
- Hold a minimum tertiary qualification in science, ideally in food or environmental sciences
- Demonstrated alignment with values of adaptability, accountability, innovation, inclusion, influence and strategic thinking
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Confident in using MS Office, search engines, and databases; experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is an advantage

Please note you do need to be an AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN for this Federal Government role and be eligible to obtain a BASELINE Clearance which will be at Client cost.
