APS 3 Administration Assistant

As an APS 3 level Collection Sales Administration Assistant, you'll play a key role in servicing public requests for access to collection material from one of Australia's most significant national institutions.
You'll assist with a high volume of customer enquiries, process complex reproduction orders, and coordinate licensing and delivery of digital and physical assets.
This position suits someone looking to develop mid-entry level experience in a museum or gallery environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and professional customer service to support order fulfilment
- Handling correspondence, phone enquiries, and financial transactions
- Preparing standard licensing agreements and retrieving assets from internal systems
- Collaborating with internal teams and adhering to established procedures
- Engaging with diverse clients including the general public, researchers, and professionals
Training on internal systems will be provided.
