This is a senior, hands-on role offering autonomy, direct client relationships, and the opportunity to work closely with a supportive team in a relaxed coastal setting.

Key Responsibilities

Tax Compliance:
Prepare and review tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships.

Client Advisory:
Manage direct client relationships and provide tailored tax and business advice.

Team Support:
Mentor and review the work of junior staff in a supportive, low-pressure capacity.

Tax Planning:
Contribute to planning and structuring strategies for small to mid-sized business clients.

What We're Looking For

• Full CPA or CA qualification (or equivalent) - essential
• Minimum 4 years' experience in Australian public practice
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation and compliance
• Proven ability to manage client relationships independently
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Detail-oriented, ethical, and comfortable working without close supervision
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a small, engaged team
