As our Recruitment and Training Coordinator and play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce.
In this dynamic, hands-on role, you'll manage the end-to-end internal recruitment lifecycle and drive our training and compliance programs across multiple sites. From talent acquisition and onboarding to skills development and compliance, you'll help ensure our people are engaged, equipped, and set up for long-term success.
Headquartered in Eastern Creek, New South Wales, our client provides a comprehensive range of services, including warehousing, freight forwarding, and customs brokerage. The company collaborates with selected business partners to offer additional support in areas such as international freight services and customs consultancy
What You'll Do:
- Lead internal recruitment: job ads, screening, interviews & onboarding
- Build future talent pipelines and support workforce planning
- Coordinate compliance-driven and professional development training
- Maintain accurate records and ensure certifications are always up to date
- Collaborate with leaders to align training with business goals
- Monitor recruitment metrics and training outcomes for continuous improvement
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in recruitment or training coordination (logistics/manufacturing a bonus)
- Great communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability
- Attention to detail, strong organisational and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of HR systems, LMS, and compliance-based training practices
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and team-first attitude
