As the key point of contact for regional partners, you will play an instrumental role in strengthening our market presence and driving sales success. Your ability to understand client needs, tailor sales strategies, and consistently hit revenue targets will be critical in this position.
What You'll Do
Reporting to the Country Manager, your focus will be on delivering consistent sales growth, nurturing long-term relationships with channel partners and distributors, and ensuring seamless execution across sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and stakeholders in your territory.
Proactively manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities to expand market share.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals.
Analyze sales trends and maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure consistent performance.
Set sales targets for store-level execution and support teams to achieve them.
Provide insights into competitor activities and market shifts.
Deliver regular reporting and updates to senior leadership on performance and key metrics.
Lead product and sales training sessions to empower store and partner teams.
Marketing Support
Provide local insights to guide brand and marketing strategies, ensuring relevance and impact within your region.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and initiatives.
Support the rollout of promotional campaigns and product launches in-store.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of sales experience in the convenience or specialty retail channels.
Strong track record in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
Experience working with distributors and managing regional sales strategies.
Skills & Competencies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, sales-driven mindset.
Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
