Sales Executive / Business Development Manager

This standalone role is ideal for someone hungry to sell, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with a creative team that values listening, purposeful design, and delivering on promises.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, retail, and agency sectors
• Build consultative relationships by understanding client brand and campaign goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored merchandise solutions
• Work closely with CEO & stakeholders, leading the way and sharing your knowledge
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue targets to support strategic growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven B2B sales experience - ideally in promotional products, marketing, or creative services
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Passion for branding, design, and creative problem-solving
• A self-starter with a growth mindset and drive to exceed targets
