Junior Commercial Credit Analyst

HOBAN is seeking a Junior Commercial Credit Analyst to join our clients' team in located in Wetherill Park, NSW. Our client is a global leader in motor products and provides innovative and competitive finance solutions tailored to its customers, supporting the purchase of motorcycles, marine products, and power equipment. As part of a dynamic and growing financial services team, you'll be helping to deliver customer-focused solutions while maintaining high standards of integrity and excellence.

Shift Time: 9am-5pm

Duties of the role:

• Office admin experience.
• File and organize documentation for easy retrieval.
• Input customer credit applications into the system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credit approvals and limits.
• Support the team with scanning, printing, and distributing credit documents.
• Shadow senior credit analysts to understand credit evaluation processes.
• Participate in training sessions on credit policies and systems.
• Learn to use credit management software and tools.
• Input and maintain customer credit applications and account details.
• Update CRM and ERP systems with accurate customer information.
• Provide general support to senior credit analysts and managers.
• Shadow senior team members to gain hands-on experience in credit evaluation.
• Stay updated on company credit policies and industry best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn and grow within the credit and finance domain.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Sound understanding of financial statements and credit fundamentals.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Previous internship or experience in credit analysis, banking, or finance (even informal or part-time).
• Familiarity with commercial lending, particularly in asset finance or dealer finance programs.
