Call Centre Operator and Dental Receptionists

Our client is currently hiring for two distinct positions within their healthcare operations. Whether you're passionate about patient-facing reception work or thrive in a busy contact centre environment, we have an opportunity for you!
1. Corporate Contact Centre Representative
Join a professional and empathetic team supporting patients and clients through high-volume inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage high call volumes in a fast-paced contact centre.
Address client queries, resolve concerns, and schedule appointments.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
Experience in medical reception or contact centres is essential.
Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
Ability to stay calm and supportive under pressure.
Shift availability between 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
Full-time or part-time availability (3-4 days/week considered).
Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months).
Willingness to sign a privacy disclosure agreement.
2. Dental Receptionist
Be the first point of contact in a welcoming dental environment, ensuring excellent service for patients and supporting day-to-day practice operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in patients in person.
Schedule and manage dental appointments.
Process payments and health fund claims (e.g., HICAPS).
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical correspondence.
Liaise with dental practitioners to ensure efficient patient flow.
Requirements:
Previous experience in dental or medical reception is required.
Familiarity with dental software (e.g., D4W/Dental4Windows) is preferred.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Presentable, professional appearance and manner.
Flexibility for full-time or part-time work (minimum 3 days/week).
Current National Police Check and willingness to sign a privacy agreement.
