Sales, Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator
We're looking for a Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics Coordinator to help manage day-to-day operations across sales, inventory, and shipping. This role plays a key part in making sure customer orders are processed smoothly and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is organised, understands how warehouses work, and communicates well with different teams. You'll also help create a positive, team-focused work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Process sales orders and keep customers updated on product availability and delivery times
- Make sure orders are accurate and handle any issues quickly
- Manage returns and exchanges with support from warehouse staff
Warehouse Management
- Oversee daily warehouse tasks like inventory handling, packing, and shipping
- Manage stock changes, transfers, and adjustments to keep inventory accurate
- Lead quarterly stocktakes and share reports with management
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised
Skills & Experience
- Experience in sales, warehouse, and logistics roles
- Familiar with inventory and warehouse management systems
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Great problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking abilities
