🔍 About the Role:

In this dynamic and engaging role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to drive business success and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound phone and email enquiries from new and existing customers
  
• Providing product information, pricing, and delivery updates
  
• Processing orders and tracking progress using CRM systems
  
• Following up on leads and supporting the field sales team
  
• Building strong internal and external relationships
  
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  
  
  

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support/Admin, or similar roles
  
• Confident communication skills - both over the phone and via email
  
• A customer-first attitude and ability to build rapport quickly
  
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  
• Experience with CRM systems or sales platforms is a plus
  
• Team player with a proactive mindset
